Members of the Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents and The National Association of Estate Agents, we are bound by strict rules of conduct relating to our practices, training and provisions for indemnity insurance. Furthermore we ensure that all our Estate and Letting agents are qualified to (or studying towards) industry recognised standards. These qualifications, specific to the Scottish Sales and Letting industries, will ensure we are kept up to date with any changes to the key areas related to residential sales and letting.
